The Elevated Mission 8-Week Program is a progressive, mission-focused fitness plan designed to build strength, endurance, and resilience for the field. Whether you’re preparing for short-term missions or long-term deployment, this program equips your body to carry the Gospel wherever God calls.

  • ABOUT: A mission-minded fitness program built to prepare your body for the demands of ministry and the field.
  • GOAL: To develop functional strength, endurance, and mobility so you’re physically ready to go wherever the Gospel leads.
  • FORMAT: Delivered through the Base1520 app with structured weekly workouts, mobility sessions, and recovery built in.
  • DURATION: 8 weeks, 5-6 training days per week. Approximately 45min – 1 hour per session.
  • BENEFIT: You’ll build a resilient, capable body backed by discipline—ready to serve, suffer, and endure for the sake of the mission.
