Become a Sponsored
Ministry Athlete.
We back the ministers and missionaries who train like the mission depends on it — because it does. Selected leaders become sponsored BASE 1520 Athletes: living proof that a body built for the calling changes everything.
What It Is
A ministry athlete is a pastor, missionary, or ministry leader who takes the stewardship of body, mind, and spirit seriously enough to train for it. Our sponsored athletes are the ones who go further — who let us come alongside their preparation and, in return, carry the standard into their churches, their fields, and their circles. You don’t pay to be a BASE Athlete. You’re selected — and you represent.
The Covenant
This is a two-way commitment. Here’s exactly what you receive — and exactly what’s asked of you.
What You Receive
- Free BASIC app membership — every program, plus metric & nutrition tracking and the community, on us.
- 20% off Thorne supplements — clinical-grade fuel and recovery through our partnership.
- 20% off the merch store — rep the brand in the gear.
- Featured as a BASE 1520 Athlete — your story and mission shared with our audience.
- A cadre in your corner — a direct line for training and mission-readiness questions. (1-on-1 personal coaching stays available to athletes at member rates.)
What’s Asked of You
- Train consistently — you’re a real athlete, not a badge. Use the app and show up.
- Represent with integrity — on and off social, you carry the BASE name and the Gospel well.
- Share your journey — periodic posts, testimony, or updates that point people to the mission (and tag BASE 1520).
- Rep the gear — wear it at races, events, and on the field.
- Take the Mission Readiness Check — and re-take it to show the transformation over time.
Note: the specific perks and expectations above are the starting framework — final terms are confirmed with each athlete when accepted. If you’re accepted, we’ll walk through exactly what your sponsorship looks like before anything is signed.
Application Received
It’s in front of real people now. In the meantime, take the Mission Readiness Check — bring your score to the conversation.
