Are You Ready
To Be Sent?
Seven days to test your readiness — body, mind, and spirit — for the mission God has for you. One movement, one mental rep, one Scripture a day. Built for the sent one.
Most training makes you look ready. The field asks if you are ready — strong enough to endure, steady enough under pressure, and anchored enough to not break when it gets hard. This challenge is a diagnostic and a beginning: seven days that reveal the gap between where you are and where the mission demands, and start closing it. Free. No gear required. Just show up.

The 7 Days
Each day: Move your body · Steady your mind · Anchor your spirit.
Day 1
Count the Cost
“Which of you, desiring to build a tower, does not first sit down and count the cost?” — Luke 14:28
MoveSet your baseline — a 20–30 min ruck or brisk walk. Note how you felt and how far you got.
SteadyWrite one sentence: why do you want to be sent?
AnchorRead Luke 14:28–33. Ask God what following Him will cost you.
Day 2
The Body Is Not Your Own
“You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. So glorify God in your body.” — 1 Cor 6:19–20
MoveA 20-minute bodyweight circuit at your pace — squats, push-ups, a plank hold. Move with intention.
SteadyName the #1 physical weakness that would fail you on the field.
Anchor1 Cor 6:19–20. Stewarding your body is obedience, not vanity.
Day 3
Run With Endurance
“Let us run with endurance the race that is set before us.” — Hebrews 12:1
MoveGo longer today — a sustained ruck, run, or hike. Push past where you would normally stop.
SteadyWhere do you quit early — in training, and in life?
AnchorHebrews 12:1–2. Fix your eyes on Jesus and keep going.
Day 4
Take Every Thought Captive
“We take every thought captive to obey Christ.” — 2 Cor 10:5
MoveActive recovery — mobility, stretching, a slow walk. Breathe on purpose.
SteadyNotice your thoughts under stress today. Write down the loudest lie you believe.
Anchor2 Cor 10:5. The field is won or lost in the mind first.
Day 5
Be Strong and Courageous
“Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened… for the Lord your God is with you.” — Joshua 1:9
MoveDo the workout — or the hard thing — you have been avoiding.
SteadyName your real fear about being sent. Say it out loud.
AnchorJoshua 1:9. Courage is not the absence of fear; it is obeying anyway.
Day 6
Sent Together
“Two are better than one… a threefold cord is not quickly broken.” — Ecclesiastes 4:9–12
MoveBring someone — train with a partner, or call one while you walk.
SteadyWho is your fireteam? Who prays for you and holds you accountable?
AnchorEccl 4:9–12. No one is sent alone.
Day 7
Here Am I. Send Me.
“And I heard the voice of the Lord saying… ‘Here am I! Send me.’” — Isaiah 6:8
MoveCapstone: retest your Day 1 baseline. See the week’s difference in your own body.
SteadyCommit to one concrete next step toward the field.
AnchorIsaiah 6:8. Pray it and mean it: “Here am I. Send me.”
You Felt the Gap. Now Close It.
Seven days shows you where you stand. BASE 1520 is how you get ready to stay — body, mind, and spirit, built for the ones being sent to hard places.
