Firearms & liability — read carefully.

1 · Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

Participation in BASE1520, LLC activities — including physical training and firearms training — carries inherent risks up to and including serious injury or death. I voluntarily assume all such risks and release BASE1520, LLC, its cadre, and representatives from all liability arising from my participation, including ordinary negligence. I confirm I am physically and mentally fit, and I will follow all cadre instructions; failure to comply may result in removal without refund.

2 · Media Release

I grant BASE1520, LLC the irrevocable right to use my name, likeness, image, voice, and performance in any media for promotional and marketing purposes, and I waive any claim for compensation or invasion of privacy.

3 · Non-Disclosure

I will protect the proprietary curriculum, techniques, and — critically — the identity of the instructors and cadre. I will not disclose or replicate this confidential information without written consent. This obligation is indefinite.

4 · Packing, Contraband & Conduct

I will bring only listed items. Weapons beyond those issued, illegal substances, performance-enhancing drugs, and dangerous items are prohibited. I consent to inspection to ensure compliance. Violations may result in expulsion without refund.
